TCS Photography Workshop!
So new that we didn't have time to put it in our flyer!

This two hour, small group, interactive workshop is a perfect fit for beginner photographers and anyone looking to become more familiar with their camera and / or the art of photography. During this session we'll touch on (and provide valuable take aways for) Digital Cameras & Equipment, Weddings, People & Portraits, Athletics, Nature & Landscapes. This will be a great chance to get polished up and ready for the summer photography season!

Please feel free to bring your camera with you, as we'll definitely be taking a few pictures throughout the evening!

Tecumseh Community School is a not-for-profit volunteer board-run organization, that offers affordable programs and events for the community, and fosters a sense of neighbourhood. 

We offer a wide variety of programs and workshops for children and adults, from September through June; our office and all programs are held at Tecumseh Public School in Old South. Any proceeds from the programs are channeled back into the community, either as gifts to the school, or to local charities. 

The Tecumseh Community School is one of the last of its kind in the city.  It greatly benefits the members of our neighborhood, and its existence is one of the many reasons Tecumseh School is so important to our entire community.  For our current and future neighbors, we are committed to the future of Tecumseh Community School.

SPRING SESSION

It wasn't much of a winter, but that doesn't make us appreciate Spring any less!  Visit Spring 2012 Programs for a listing of course offerings which will awaken your mind and body after winter hibernation.  And don't forget the kids:  they can have fun, meet new friends, stay active, learn something, and since most of our clients live within walking distance, you can leave the car at home!

We have some great new programs and workshops to join the usual favourites!  Check out our new ZUMBATRONIC for kids, RED CROSS BABYSITTING for tweens, BREADMAKING WORKSHOP for adults, and the YOGA INSTRUCTORS' FOCUS GROUP.   Also, Tecumseh Community Tuesday Night Talks is a free speakers series in which we welcome our neighbours to share their expertise with our community.  We have four new talks lined up, so check out the Spring Programs page for details!

In-person registration for the Spring Session is Monday, March 19th from 7-8PM in the gym at Tecumseh Public School.  Please enter via the East Door off the parking lot.

NOTE:  Due to high demand for our ADULT programs, we must limit registration to ONE additional person per registrant.
